ECGC has settled my claim. But,they are insisting on paying the claim thru the bank which has negotiated the export documents. Saying that it is as per RBI guidelines. I am already engaged in a legal case at DRT with the negotiating bank. If the claim is routed through them, they may freeze the funds. Is there any way by which ECGC is made to pay the said claim in my account with another bank. Is there any circular regarding this . or any other legal way . Kindly suggest and guide
