My cousin took the loan for 15 Lakh (education loan) from Avanse Bank. We got the notice that the moratorium period is over and requested to pay the EMI include of Interest. However, education is not completed. We have submitted all the relevant documents and letter from college for the reason of education delayed (Health Issue). However, the bank denied extending the moratorium period for another 18 months. Please suggest what is the other procedure for extending the moratorium period.
