I am living in a society and having my own house (not rented accommodation), but still every few days some mischievous people in the society are manhandling my electricity meter. They plug out the fuse sometimes they trip the circuit breaker and sometimes cut the fuse wire. When I ask the secretary. He just makes excuses and says he doesn't know about that. I am unaware of the culprit but the final fact is that my connection is being manhandled. What should I do

You have to file a strongly worded compalint with the Electricity Authorities asking for taking steps towards the security of Electricity Meter with a word of caution to the governing body of the Society to keep the Meter protected against such hackings..
