Dear Team, We have 2 acres of land In my village. Which is 1.5 acre is original patta land and remaining is Unassessed land(poramboku land which in not in records) under my control from 15 years. I have digged a borewell in that unassessed land and got electricity service also. And we have some problems with neighbor farmer. He has given a complaint to MRO to remove the power connection from unassessed land. The MRO did the same. The crops are getting dry because of that. I asked MRO about the problem. He replied that you dont have the right on unassessed land and borewell. That is my problem. Some body help to reconnect the power supply. . please

1. You may approach the Civil Court saying that the land in which you installed bore well belongs to you. 2. Pray for mandatory injunction to restore status quo and see that bore well is again started. 3. Let the Court appoint Court Commission for survey and report.
