electricity problem with tenent

i hv installed solar panel and the electricity dept cut my house electricity and through which we used to supply the electricty to the tenent now we i have solar panel for my consumption and tenent do hv  in this situation what he can do

Check with electricity department about the rules. If rules are in your favour then file a WP in HC
