Dear Sir, In such cases you have limited scope, if she need not turn up then after one year from the date of such decree you are entitled for divorce.

Court cannot force her to join you and resume her married life. File a divorce petition on the ground of cruelty. She is not entitled to maintenance as she had refused to perform her conjugal duties. If she doesn't appear and contest divorce suit, you will get ex parte order.

Answerd by Adv kavery Anand Bangalore.. sir u sent 2 times RCR summon.. but she is not coming.. then file Divorce case against her.. that time she will come definitely... if she didn't come then court will pass the exparty order u will get Divorce decree in favour of u .. that's it.
