Fake Will

If you approach Court it will take many years and it cannot be finished within 1-2 dates.

Orders in 1-2 dates is not possible. However, you can make a complaint to the police regarding the genuineness of the will and allege that someone has fabricated and forged a will which is against the interest of the real maker of the will. If someone filed a probate petition, you can challenge the aforesaid will in the same court.
