False Domestic Violence Case And Vacation Of House

My wife has lodged a false domestic violence case against me in Mahila thana. I have the necessary evidences to substantiate that I am not at fault. I want to vacate my house as my company has allowed me to work from home due to covid situation. But she is not allowing me to vacate. She does not have any valuables and has locked her clothes and other stuff in her private almirah. In the mail, she has agreed that the keys are with her. She says "You know and have seen that the wardrobes that you mentioned only have our clothes in them. My valuables including gold and other belongings are outside the wardrobe. In case any shifting is to take place, then YOU ARE SOLELY responsible for the items-LOSS, DAMAGES, or MISPLACED." Kindly guide me as to how I can vacate the house hassle-free without any issue. They neither want to meet us to resolve the issue nor allowing us to meet them. I am only concerned as we have a kid. what is the best way to tackle this issue so that she gets some sense?
