Earlier you stated that after the marriage the girl was converted to Hindu religion but now you said that she is continues the Christianity. Any way, the court will not aaccept your grounds. once again you may go through section 5 and 11 of the HM act.

Sunita, when the marriage solemenised as per the Hindu customs and rites. The Court may take an inference from the customary things followed in the marriage. It is admitted fact that the marriage solemenised as per Hindu customs and rites, so that she would become a Hindu from the date of marriage. Furthermore, the marriage was a registered one. Therefore, you cannot raise any such a baseless ground at this point of time.
