you can marry any one but during Registration of marriage and property matters u will face trouble....as marriage prohibited under Spinda relationship
Your relationship comes under the prohibited relationship in HMA, 1955. If you marry with her that will be void marriage. You can't marry with her.

mr.robin if one of them changed himself's religion before marriage then they're treated according special marriage act.as per act sec 2,3,4 it's void.so some other religion hav liberty in marriage matters.
see special marriage act.sec 2 for marriage between relationship and if you want to do it surely then after Proselytising . you will decide that what's your priority.
children's of a void marriage will legitimate but they will not any right in ancestor Property. they can only right in parents property.
