Myself mayan.. working in pharmaceutical company and she is working in govt sect as clerk. i hav my engagement on 1jun 2016.. Just to get some benefits in company, i have registered my marriage (only on the basis of engagement no real marriage). she has not been leaving at my home for single day as marriage.. now due to nature issues, we both including our family members don't want to continue this relationship and want to dissolve it as soon as possible. kindly Guide the fastest way for the Same.

if u file annulled the marriage the opposite party receive the court notice and kept quite without contesting the matter then the court set ex-parte the opposite party and pass the orders

You can apply for annulment of marriage. This has to be done within a year of marriage.
