Family Property Dispute

hello sir , we have a house o in which my father own 3/4 of the house and the remaining is in the name of his brother,but my father gave him some amt as loan and he also accepted to take his share in property fully for non payment of loan ....but after some years he started torturing us so we put case on him...now he coming to our house and blackmailing our tenant that while the case in going in court one cannot keep tenant ...is this true ?
