Locally case moved from ADJ to Fast Track. Allahabad HC disposed of the second appeal of the case. As in 20 years due to the death of the main petitioner, respondent & advocate of respondent side. The situation is little worried. I need to talk to someone for a good piece of advice. Recently in local court the case has moved to Fast Track Court. What are the benefits and harms of it?
