My father retired as ATO in Govt ITI in 2014 with a pay scale of 9300-34800. He joined as a workshop assistant in 1988 and promoted to ATO around the age of 50. He is a pensioner now. My mother joined as Typist in the year 2010 and promoted to Superintendent with the scale pay of 9300-34800 at the age of 56. Now she is also retired and she doesn't receive any pension. Am I eligible for OBC NCL?
