    its a case of criminal conspiracy and common intention, if you have all the records, then you should proceed for FIR against all the persons you think were involved in the conspiracy. If the police officials doesnt acknowledge your complaint then you should be filing*Phone*in the concerned court for getting your FIR registered through METROPOLITIAN MAGISTRATE. civil recovery would be a time consuming process, be inclined towards criminal procedings as its a case of fraud, breach of trust and criminal conspiracy
