Sir my father Bharat Lal give the GPA to satbir bansal(teanent) and SPA to bhadur bansal in same date fraudulent and witness is bhim bansal in both attorney, and all are real brother then satbir bansal transfer the property to his father jagdish rai, brother and witness Bhim bansal and family and after death of jagdish rai some part of property transfer to satbir bansal My father Bharat Lal is illiterate and all of them take advantage of my father's health and faith I file the case of fraud and null and void of GPA and sale deed and case in argument stage GPA holder can transfer the property on own name directly or indirectly?
