harassment at work place!

Question

I am a serving naval sailor with 08 years of service and good service records till date. but recently I was diagnosed with seizure disorders and from then I have been harassed by superior everyday. MedicoLegalCase was raised by my Medical officer but action was not taken till now. In last 4 days I was transferred 4 times for asking leave for treatment of my mother who is a cancer patient. What should I do? I am ready to leave service also if required as Navy is not discharging me?

you can file an Original Application  before the concerned Armed Forced Tribunal for seeking leave on the basis of reason mentioned by you. I am sure you will get relief.
