HARASSMENT BY COLLEGE AUTHORITIES THEY ARE GIVING FAKE HOPE AND MENTAL HARASSMEN

We have waited till today they are just making us fool,, college people took us to the university many many times on our expenses and nothing happened there as they lied to us because they were really not working in our issues, and 2 weeks back college people said pay extra 5000rs to release results we all paid 5000rs each student.. Total we paid 30k for 6 students,, Before taking money they were saying if today we give the amount tomorrow we ll get our results, we had no option we had to agree with them and now it's been 2 weeks that still didn't get our results, and today when we went to college that ma'am who took money to release the results,, she is saying that person is very busy in other work and some chairman of university has changed so we have to go n make other deal with new person in the university today she said this.. We have recorded and documented of all the things like giving money to release results and all.. What to do now should I wite RTI. Actually I want put case on our college director for mental harassment from last 7motnhs he is doing with us.
