My headmistress and secretary are harassing me for No Objection certificate for mutual transfer in accordance with the west Bengal central school service commission mutual transfer rules.I am helpless. My question is-(1)as a S.T Can I seek justice in accordance with the POA act 1989 harassment.and is the punishment for this?

you can get relief under 3(1)(X) sc/st act , you should give application to higher authority after that give a application in court for criminal offence.
