Harassment From University And College

Hello everyone,,my name is mazhar from Karnataka,I took admission in Bangalore university for my MBA course (after I earned for 1.2 years) on 2015. Everything was going well even, we wrote 1st semester exams then promoted to 2nd semester..in 2nd semester I met with an accidental and injured my left leg still I face problem walking,due to my accident I couldn't able to attend the classes properly because of that I got less attendance so college people dicided to not to let me write the exams for the 2nd semester I submitted my prescription, it was no use they didn't respond on that properly so I decided to write my 2nd SEM exams on 4th semester all together.. Then we ll promoted to 3rd semester this time I made sure that i sud get more 75% of attendance n get hall ticket ,and I did it.i got more 75% n I got the hall ticket of 3rd semester n wrote the exams very well..then we promoted to 4th SEM (last SEM of MBA) even I made sure that I sud get more then 75% n get the 4th SEM hall tickets along with 2nd semester hall ticket. Well this time also I got more then 75% attendance n I was able to write my 2nd semester and 4th semester together, I studied very very hard because both the semester I had to write at time and I did very very well in exams then all the semesters were over..when our results came few days back few of our name were not there in results lists we immediately complainted to our colge MBA department they said don't worry they need to send a letter to university then we ll get our results ( around 6 students) we waited 1 month to follow university procedure after the letters sent to university ,,after 1 month Wen we went to colge they r saying u guys didn't write the exams on 2nd semester so it was discontinued Course.how come? After 2nd semester we promoted to 3rd semester den we wrote 3rd semester exams got the hall ticket from university only.den again we promoted to 4th semesters wrote the exams got the hall ticket from university for 2nd SEM as well as for 4th SEM we wrote those exams also ,, now they r saying it was discontinued in 2nd semester as we missed the exams,1st they didn't understand our issues I gave a reason showed my damaged leg but college authority didn't approve for that SEM so I made my to do it on 4th SEM , and we did all the exams on time plus internship plus project ..but now college poeple r saying it was discontinued in 2nd SEM ,and we sud go to university n request registerar,,sir help us out I worked daysnights n earned that money for MBA . We have the receipt of paying colge n university fees on time and we have all the semesters hall tickets which is issued by university.
