Sir/ Mam I lent money to someone as he give me more interest. He also give me the cheque of that money and also the date was not written on it. But now I know that the cheque will bounce. There is no written agreement within us.I am thinking to record the voice of us. Please help

cheque deposit in bank n after cheque bounce you will send a legal notice. thereafter u file a CP case against him u/s 138 NI Act.
