In 1996 the suit was filed my me for permanent injunction of the property and the suit came decreed in 2008 in my favour...now in 2011 the third party filed a case against my property that the third party was not party in the 1996 suit and the suit came decreed in November 2018 in the third party favour and my decree of 1996 got it scrapped as I was me and my counsel was absent from the proceedings...this was done mischievously as I was unware of the proceedings and I became exparte..in the same case the suit was transferred to other court in 2016 and I was unware of it and the suit got decreed in November 2018 in third party's favour...now it's more than 4 months ...what to do ahead??
