I am kabita, my question is that my husband and his elder brother owns a property given by their mother after her death four years ago, my husband's sister in law stays in our portion since she got married, at that time will be not made but after the will was prepared she was asked to leave our portion but she denies. After my mother-in-law's death we asked her to leave our portion, she still denies, now as we are ready to construct our portion she still not willing to leave our portion, her husband's portion is fully constructed and well spacious. In this scenario how can we vacate our portion, shall we approach police or approach court.please guide us.

File a Suit for Partition in Civil Court for fair Division of share. Otherwise getting your portion will be crumble some. Police cannot enter into this dispute since its a Civil Dispute
