Dear Sir, You can get bail by approaching Court and also approach High Court to set aside FIR/Charge sheet.
If he is kept in illegal custody file Habeas Corpus.. otherwise, He will be remanded by the Magistrate, whom have to apply mind whether there are reasons to believe that the person is likely to have committed offence.. Suspicion and primafacie evidence is enough, may be innocent.. but if apparently vague and magistrate also remanded.. then you can ask compensation from state after u r discharged or honourarily acquitted from the case.. Writ petition seeking compensations are allowed here..
It not possible police will always inform for what reason he has been arrested. But in case if police arrest a person without giving a proper reason or showing arrest warrant then he can approach the High Court with writ petition for Declaration of reason for what he has been arrested
