I Want To Know My Rights Towards My Father

I was born in 1993 my parent got separated in the year 1994, my father and my mother didn't take any of my responsibility Right from my education to till my job they didn't support me in anything either financially and mentally, but my grandmother (mother's mom) supported me. I haven't seen my father till now though I tried communicating he always denies to speak with me. He remarried again and have a daughter too. My mother, she doesn't have anything in terms of financial as she is not that strong. Recently I have called my father and disconnected it on my face and switched off. I don't have anything with me now I want to settle down and get married. Please let me know how to tackle with him and how to get my property or rights from him.
