We have a settlement agricultural land which is 50 ft away from the main road. That 50 ft is a RASTA PORAMBOKU LAND (government land). We have been allotted a 21W x 56L area land to access our path in this government land. Later the same land is illegally encroached by a landlord beside our land. No authority is helping us with this. Please help us with what can be the best and fastest way to resolve this to get access to our land.

Government under the provisions of the public premises tenancy (EOC) Act 1971 can recover it's property. u may complaint to the Land Manager of the concerned authority or to its Estate Dept
