Implementation Of Judgement In Civil Suit

I had put civil suit in 2009 for permanently stopping commercial activity of a catering business, storing business material required for it and this month result came in favor of me and court have directed defendant to stop permanently, during case in Pune district court defendant never gave any evidence from his side only gave affidavit, now this defendant is in spite of open court order to stop commercial activity in residential flat is not stopping judgment came on 9th may 2019 and contempt of court case I have already put in 2011 against breaching interim order of court by defendant. As defendant has not submitted any evidence for his favor question of him appealing does not arise. Now, what shall I do? I want to seal his flat so his continuous misuse will not happen and want to get compensation as bye-laws indeed of the apartment as these two things are not mentioned in the judgement. Is it possible for me to seal his flat permanently and what are ways for it and also I want to put the criminal case for the same crime, and recover compensation is it possible and how should execute my judgment so my problem gets resolved permanently.
