In Accordance Of Joint Acquired Land Dispute

Hai sir I am chandan kumar from patna bihar I want to discuss about the joint acquired land dispute . We are living in joint family since many year but after when I lost my father in 2011 we are always harassed in our family. My grandfather have three sons . All were goverment employees and decide to purchase land together and they did at some places , all three are the owner of land (joint) ,now we wanted to break partnership but they are not agree to do that and always skip this issue,they always abscond from meeting to that issue please guide to what should I do
