Dear Amarendra, property can be gifted or sold only with the wish and consent of the owner of the property. Aftr the death of the owner if there is no will made by him then the property is inherited and distributed among the legal heirs bt if a will has been made then the will's order has to be implemented anyways . Yes they can impose and it's valid.. but cannot impose upon unborn generation.. literally not beyond grand son..
