Dear Sir, After attaining age of majority the property belongs to A1 only unless steps were taken to cancel such Sale Deed.
1. since the property is directly registered on the name of the son A, therefore, A is an absolute owner, if the ancestral money is not invested in purchasing then said property,
B,C and D can challenge the will of father in the court.. then only they can get share in the property.
