Insolvency Petition

Dear Sir/Madam, I have a total debt of around 30 Lakhs, which includes money brought from outside for interest, credit cards and personal loans. At present, I am bankrupt and unable to repay any loans. I left my job 2 years back and planned to do a business which didn't go well. This lead to my financial crisis. Am I eligible to file Insolvency Petition. If filed, what relief will I get from debts. Please guide me with this situation. Thank you
