Insurance Agency Termination

I was working as a sales manager with an insurance company for the last 10 years. In the year 2011, I recruited my brother as an agent in my team and given all the required documents. In the year 2014 when the company asked a declaration regarding a close relative of the employee, I declared that my brother is working under me as an independent agent. Since I declared my relation I left the decision with the company and waited for their decision in this regard, however, the company even after declaration not inquired about this all and even the company CEO sent an appreciation letter to my brother in the DEC 2015 with a hope that he will collect more business for the company in future. In the year 2016, my brother code was terminated without any intimation, letter, etc and nobody in the company replied any mail sent to them. Now I also resigned from the company and already 4 years elapsed after the termination of my brother. He is losing every month Rs 10000 as a renewal commission.
