you will proceed with your documents in revenue record and can survey your land and then clear the problem
my advice would be to stay calm, let him take any legal action coz ur reaction depends on his action. if he raises this objection then the burden of proof is on him to prove.
it means his allegations are that you have encroached his premises by boundary wall? if I m not wrong.
