I was in a relationship for 4 years with a girl and had a breakup in September 2017. After break-up she got very upset and started calling me and saying she has depression and all. She called my parents also and wanted to expose me. She has my private photos with her. Now I am going to get married to some other girl. Still, my ex calls me sometimes. What is my legal position?

Legally it is a no case but it can be a serious problems on social footing. You have to be very cautious as she can put you and your family in serious awkward position.
