I was in a relationship with a girl and we had a breakup in September 2017. I had a physical relationship with her. She has got photos of that also. I was also serious with her at that time and told her that we will get married. She also knows that I had a physical relationship with one of my family members. But has no proof of that. In 2018 she used to call me a lot and used to blame me and say all stuff like she is in depression and will suicide. In 2019 and 2020 the call frequency decreased and she used to call when she had some work. Now I am going to get married to some other girl. So I wanted to know what is my legal position and should I accept her phone calls.
