Dear Mr. Jadav, It depends on what is the relief that you want. If you want the demand for cremation ground to be allowed, you can file a writ petition before the High Court praying for directing the village panchayat to consider the demand for cremation ground. The writ petition has to mention the grounds/ reasons as to why it would be justified to have the cremation ground to be at the place where you want it to be and why the village panchayat's rejection of the request is prejudicial.
