Land Acquisition

The case is going on:- (small description on the case going) Appellant:- He has taken the land gat no.13 (0.80 R) in the year 2007 through sale deed from "Mohite family" but unfortunately the possession was given on gat no. 11,12 & 13 (total 0.80R). According to him, the pre-owner(Mohite) has the same possession on land. but now Respondent is trying to capture the land from us. Respondent:- He has taken the whole land of gat no.12 in the year 2017 through sale deed from "Chavan family". Now the Respondent is claiming that he wants his land gat no.12 where the appellant has possession. Question:- 1. Is that Appellant will get the possession over gat no. 11,12 & 13... *Respondent agrees that Appellant has the position over the gat no.11, 12 & 13 but it was illegal possession over the property. *Case has filled after the Respondent has taken the land.
