    if Court has stay the property then you can not sold out the same otherwise you have the right to sell out the same

    Since your father bought the 5 cents land, the sale deed will have details of the schedule i.e., boundaries and the extend captured in it. Thus, you need not worry about your property, if it is in tact and tallies with the sale deed. Further, the Party No.2 cannot come to you, but he has to approach his vendor and get the issue solved by him. However, if you wish to get rid of the situation, better alienate and close the chapter once for all. Buy peace. Litigation is long drawn proposition and it does more harm than good to you.
