    If both parties are facing trial and in idea of mutually compromising the case, then u can file "Quash on compromise" in High court and both the case will end up at once.. Contact ur trial lawyer in this regard..

    normally both the cases will end in acquittal as offence has to be proved beyond reasonable doubt, if offence is proved then a punishment will be ordered as per sections proved, but in 90 percentage of cases the acquittal is there.

    firstly if u r not arrested then file for anticipatory bail and if already arrested then apply for regular bail and there after fight the case legally giving all details to your lawyer
