Legally you have right to recover the full rent as per the conditions of the Rent Deed. You are not bound to give any Rebate as said. And get the amount adjusted out of the deposit. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my Resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
