Dear Sir, There is no automatic eviction if tenant is very strong. You have to approach Civil Court and get eviction order after 1 or 2 years only. Please mark “LIKE” if satisfied by my answer.

    1. you cannot take the possession straightway, 2. you have to approach the Court by way of filing a civil suit about the eviction of the property, 3. you can also give a try by approaching the local police to assist you in evicting the property on the basis of said clause, however, they may advise you to approach the Court, but, may also pressurize the tenant to vacate the rented premises

After the expiry of Notice period you have to implement the contents of the Notice you have got served and will go for eviction proceedings in the Court of Rent Controller who will order the eviction after you prove the contents of the Deed. And finally with the order of court You will get the possession. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
