My father recently passed away due to reasons unconfirmed 20 days ago. He suffered from Type II Bipolar Disorder. Social media posts and people close to him suggested him having an affair with a lady of honorable position, while was alive. My mother recently received a message from her saying that it was my mother who killed him. She knows all about my father, which shocked me at first.I'm really afraid if she's doing this for money. I'm 17 and have no idea on how to proceed.

Mr.Rohith. Please ask your mother to Ignore such things. person who sent such message is only trying extract undue favour by scaring her. If that really want she/ he would have written a petition or Complaint to Police. If still feel that person will create any more trouble secure your family members would have taken some Doctor Certificate at the time of your father Death for cremation which would indicate Cause of Death. You can also issue Legal Notice against that for Damages Contact any Advocate from this Forum for your relief.
