Legal Provision For Senior Citizen Suffering Mental Torture From Daughter In Law

I am staying in my home with my mother, father, and wife. Home is on a joint name (mother and me). my wife has been torturing & harassing me and my parents for the last year. Also, her parents have started harassing since few months, Police complaints filed for the same (NC). My mother is unable to bear all the mental pain and her health is deteriorating due to constant stress and torture. My wife is not ready for mutual divorce. Yet to file the petition for a contested divorce. is there any provision in the law which can give relief to my senior citizen parents (both having ongoing medical conditions, one being heart patient) from my wife. I am the only son and earning member of the family. Due to their health condition, I need to be with them and cannot stay alone with my wife until the divorce process is completed. any legal provision which orders my wife to stay in separate accommodation (i can pay rent)., she is from well to do family, working, and earning but now pretending to be a helpless lady.
