Dear sir/Mam My case is depend shopkeeper Fraud .i am buy A Mobile last year from VK MOBILE Shope in bijnor basically in 2016 i am working in HDFC Bank ltd bijnor branch that time Mr VIKUL KUMAR VK MOBILE Shope HONOUR need a loan from my bank that time Mr VIKUL KUMAR give me a mobile for samsung J7 AS say this my gift if i help him to pass loan but on that time i gave him total value of mobile for 13900 on that day and he give me mobile and mobile orginal bill copy.but after some days i am leave the job and bank reject his loan becouse of lack of document .and after rejection of loan he Mentally harassment me and say you not give me mobile total amount but i have mobile original bill copy .but today he is doing enough he come on my friend shope with his few friends and mostly Man-Hani me and my one friend he reputed politician and bile police also with him and get me in police satiation and police force me to pay again mobile price other wise choki incharge take a leagl action on me so now i want your help what i do in this case and i want file legal case againt him and his friend for Mentally harassment & Man-Hani case,please help me for this case and also provide me your contact no on witch i contact you Thank you Sanjeev kumar Bijnor
