My Society is not following all the Bye-laws in the past 3 years and because of this, it is creating a lot of trouble in Society. They (Secretary and Chairman) allow Proxy Members in MC and AGM Meetings to push their Agendas which are not as per Bye-laws. Proxy Members intimidate the Members and harass them by sending anonymous messages on mail for the person who objects them. My Maintenance cheque drawn in the name of the society was credited in the Secretary's account instead of the Society account. When I raised it in MC, the office bearers became hostile to me and did not even take my complaint about the investigation. The very next day one of the proxy members close to the Secretary blocked my way on going to the office and dumped my car even when the watchman was out stopping him on the gate as my car was in reverse. He gave bad words and toned on the anonymous mail which was sent on me maligning me. He had a fight and in self-defense, I removed my belt and swing at him. The police came and intervene and took a statement of us.
