only signing on papers you can not get divorce, your marriage is still continue. Are you married on Notary Public's documents/ affidavits. That is not Marriage in the eye of law.

Secondly by mutual consent under section 13 B of Hindu Marriage act . it takes statements of both husband and wife on filing the case before District court and after 6 months before the judge , then judge give the divorce to parties

no one can forcefully got divorce by only signing the papers . if you did Court marriage in proper Court, then only District Court has a right to dissolve your marriage after one year of marriage
