Matrimonial Property

sir /madam my mother died a years back. my father,sister and i are the legal owner of a property which we will be selling this year however i am afraid my father says the all amount collected from selling this property will be later on distributed equally under his control but i do not believe him because he is very irresponsible person whether we go to hell or survive.i would like to know is there any law ipc to charge under that if he fails to fulfill this basic requirements thanks
