Money Borrowed From Friend, He Is Asking High Interest

I have taken money from my friend multiple times and every time he charged me interest. The last transaction was of 2 lakh out of which I gave him half money and he took an interest of around 50k on this transaction and there was interest also given in the last 2 years. If I take out all transactions in the last 2 years, with interest and money have given and taken, there is no pending. Right now my financial condition is not good. There is no loan agreement or something like that> He is threatening me to pay to remain of last transaction at least plus interest he is pushing. But if see over 2 years time credit and debit is nill in between us. He is threatening me he will send goons where I live or my parents live, will tell my HR of my company. threatening he will do some 420 cases and my job will go. He even threatens he will kill me on WhatsApp if I don't return the money What are my legal options to stop all this threatening and harassment and do I am entitled to pay him in any money now.
