Madurai, Tamil NaduIf that vehicle worths more.. u can proceed thro court for recovery however u may have to face conditional order to get Renew /FC and get DL.. Moreover not less than ₹4000 fine etc.. so the expert advice would be better leave and forget the vehicle..
