Sir we have both filed a joint petion to dissolve marriage in agreement he agreed to pay 5Lac permanent Alimony at final hearing Now he refused that he is not ready for divorce Now my question is as follow- 1) if case continue will i get more alimony than 5 lack which is mentioned in agreement as he has more income IT file 2 ) Or i will get only 5 lack at the time of disposal becs i have agreed in mou

But he dishonored the contract therefore it become null and void now; 2 ) Or i will get only 5 lack at the time of disposal becs i have agreed in mou Answer: You can easily claim more than 5 lacs as permanent alimony citing the mental harassment for every single one of his antics.
